Equipment and processes are brought together around customer drawings, component geometry and defined manufacturing requirements.
Heavy fabrication & welding
MIG and TIG welding, structural fit-up, assembly and fabrication to approved drawings.
Precision forming & pressing
1,000-ton PLC hydraulic press for impact extrusion, supported by five 50-ton mechanical presses.
Tool room & machining
CNC milling, CNC lathe, conventional lathes and cylindrical grinding for tooling and component support.
Inspection laboratory
Dimensional verification using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges and appropriate inspection instruments.
Component cleaning
Automated washing system for forged and precision-formed components before inspection or dispatch.
Quality framework
From approved drawing
to verified component.
Controls are applied according to the order, customer specification and approved drawing. The framework supports consistency without overstating processes that are not part of the agreed scope.
Requirements review
Customer drawings, specifications, materials, critical dimensions and acceptance requirements establish the controlled manufacturing basis.
Process planning
Operation sequence, tooling, fixtures and inspection stages are planned around the geometry and application of each component.
In-process control
Fit-up, forming progress, workmanship and critical dimensions are checked at appropriate stages during manufacture.
Final verification
Final dimensional and visual checks are completed against applicable drawings before release, with records maintained as required.
